We are one of the oldest family owned restaurants in Victoria.

The Steak Pit Restaurant is acknowledged by Albury-Wodonga residents and visitors to the border, as the iconic restaurant in the twin cities. Our produce is purposefully sourced from local people, producers and local small businesses. Our team consists of passionate people who care genuinely about your experience with us.

At The Steak Pit we welcome families for dinner. We politely ask that children remain seated and supervised at all times, and to be respectful of other patrons.

The Steak Pit Restaurant is open for dinner Thursday to Saturday nights from 6:00pm or Lunch Thursday and Friday from 12pm noon or by appointment.

The Steak Pit is perfect for intimate weddings, cocktail parties, corporate functions and private dinner parties. Menus are designed to suit your budget and function.
